• What areas do you serve?
We serve the greater Texas Hill Country region including Spring Branch, Bulverde, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Boerne, Seguin, Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and surrounding areas. See our Zones & Pricing section for specific trip fees by location.
• How does your pricing work?
We charge a zone-based trip fee (ranging from $75-$175 depending on location) plus $155/hour labor rate with a 1-hour minimum. We provide upfront quotes before any work begins, and we stock common parts to fix most issues on the first visit.
• Do you offer emergency services?
Yes! We prioritize emergency calls for situations like loss of power, AC, or water. If you have an emergency, please call us directly at 210-899-7720 for the fastest response.
• What brands of RVs do you work on?
We service all major RV brands including Winnebago, Thor, Forest River, Keystone, Jayco, Airstream, Grand Design, and many more. Whether you have a Class A motorhome or a travel trailer, we can help.
• Do I need to be present during the repair?
While you don't need to supervise the entire repair, we do recommend being available at the start so we can walk through the issue together and at the end to review the completed work.
• What if you can't fix it on the first visit?
Most repairs can be completed in one visit. If we need to order a specialty part, we'll provide a detailed quote and schedule a follow-up visit. We never charge a second trip fee for the same repair job.
